Research Study

William Frey, CPCC, is a certified professional co-active coach, co-owner of Pathfinders Coaching and Educational Services, publisher of Stress Tips, and facilitator of corporate seminars for reducing stress and resolving conflicts. Susan Gaylord, PhD, is director of the Program on Integrative Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill, is a senior student of Tibetan Meditation Master Trungpa Rimpoche and Sakyang Mipham Rimpoche, and has directed Shambhala and Buddhist meditation training workshops for over 20 years.
Mary Love May, MS, has received mindfulness training with Thich Nhat Hanh, his monastics, and numerous Vipassana instructors. She has 30 years of experience with mindfulness and meditation, and has taught mindfulness practice to children, teens, and adults. Bud Lavery, MSW, has 25 years of experience with mindfulness and meditation, and has taught mindfulness practice to children (including his own) and adults.  He has a particular interest in bringing mindfulness into our daily lives at work and home.  He has trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. and Thich Nhat Hanh.
